Internal quality control

Our corporate philosophy
supports the customer orientation and the quality awareness of our
internal and external employees. Internal control points in the process
flow in day-to-day practice ensure that your translations are taken care
of in an efficient manner. And
combined with a motivated approach this guarantees high-quality
translations.

Permanent evaluation of our
translators

Our many years' experience
in the translation market have allowed us to build up an international
network of hundreds of high-quality translators.

Our proactive approach is to
screen translators via test translations before they start translating
for us. All subsequent translations are rated by our editors in
accordance with our permanent quality control system. Based on this
rating the standard deviation is calculated, in addition to an average
rating. The standard deviation allows us to only select those
translators that produce a constant high quality.

Feedback

Our editors give feedback to
the translator if necessary and notify the customer of any remarks
regarding the translation. If you have any questions or comments, we
will get back to you as soon as possible and we will also take them into
account for subsequent translation jobs.
